To our customers, collaborators, and partners within the event industry, in response to the current and ever-shifting news and information about COVID-19, North Star Fireworks wants to ensure that everyone knows we are committed to our clients. We are diligently working with our employees across Ontario, and every event and venue to ensure you are kept up-to-date.

We believe it goes without saying, North Star cherishes both partnerships and relationships with you all. We want to make it clear to everyone that we will be here for you when current conditions settle, and your events return to the public.

To the best of our ability, we will continue to operate business as usual throughout every part of this evolving situation. We want to share that we have alternative and dynamic plans in place that will maintain the ability to offer our services during this situation.

Like many other businesses, we are following all directions shared throughout the various organizations involved with containing COVID-19 very closely, and very seriously.

Going forward, we are committed to remaining available to all customers, employees, and partners via email and phone. We will continue to offer support, suggestions, and information for all fireworks and special event needs. We want to ensure to everyone that our plans are incredibly forgiving and adaptable to changes where required.
